Scottsdale Bible Church
Scottsdale Bible Church (“SBC”) is a 20 acre church campus located at the southeast corner of Shea Boulevard and Miller Road at 7601 E. Shea Boulevard. This major church campus renovation project included modernization of existing buildings, greater functional efficiency, visually stunning spaces, improved pedestrian safety and flow, and further development of site work and landscaping. Changes that are more significant include the demolition of two buildings and a pedestrian bridge, the construction of three new buildings, north parking lot and hardscape improvements.
Landcor Consulting provided a full range of civil engineering services including ALTA/ASCM Land Title Survey, Final Plat, preliminary & final grading & drainage plans, water/sewer plans, demolition plans, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) in addition to a range of post design civil construction services.
AZ 202 is a 45-acre mixed-use development located at the gateway to downtown Chandler at the northwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Loop 202. The project includes a variety of uses including class “A” office buildings, hotels and restaurant/retail amenities. Landcor provided a wide range of civil engineering services for the project including full construction documents for on-site and off-site improvements, drainage studies, platting, and comprehensive 3D modeling. Landcor was also responsible for governmental agency processing and permitting with City of Chandler, Maricopa County Environmental Services Department (MCESD), and Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).

Barnone is a proposed Craftsmen Community located in Agritopia in Gilbert, AZ. The project involves the adaptive re-use of an existing 1950s Quonset hut and the construction of two new buildings along with complete site/landscape improvements. Once complete, Barnone will provide retail space for local small business owners, restaurateurs, as well as a winery. The project is currently under construction and is expected to open fall of 2016.

This project is an adaptive renovation of an old Smitty's/Walgreens commercial center located at the southwest corner of Buckeye Road and 16th Street. The new facility accommodates the GSA/USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) Phoenix District and field offices. This is the first phase of a 20 acre multi-phase redevelopment project. The site work for this initial phase included re-conditioning of the existing parking lot; new curb, sidewalk and landscape areas; retention and storm drain facilities; and relocation of site utilities. Landcor provided site civil engineering for the project as well as coordination of LEED certification and surveying services.
CMC Steel Arizona
Landcor has been involved with several on-going projects with CMC Steel Arizona. The existing 75-acre site is a private steel “micro mill” facility for recycling scrap steel. The most current project involved expansion of operations including buildings and infrastructure for administration offices and a fabrication shop. Landcor was responsible for preparation of civil construction documents for site work including new parking lots and driveways; retention and storm drain facilities; and relocation and extension of site utilities.
Tates Buick GMC
Show Low, AZ
Liberty Market is a reconditioned grocery store reinvented as a modern dining and urban grocery space located in Gilbert at the intersection of Gilbert Road and Page Avenue. Landcor provided construction documents for the installation or modification of civil improvements including sidewalks, ramps, street signage, curbing and utilities adjacent to the site and coordination with the Town of Gilbert's Water Tower Park project.
ASU West Solar
This project is an approximately 15 acre 2 MW solar photovoltaic ground-mount system located on ASU's west campus at the intersection of Thunderbird Road and 51st Avenue. Landcor provided civil construction documents including grading and drainage and environmental compliance documentation (SWPPP).
This Project is the second phase of a multi-phase church campus development on 20.7 acres in Chandler, Arizona. Site improvements included with the new worship center and classroom buildings consist of a parking lot expansion, access drive to Queen Creek Road, re-configuration of the sports fields and hardscape/landscape improvements. Landcor Consulting provided a full range of civil engineering services from schematic design through completion of construction.

Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) is a multi-congregational church with campuses throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Landcor has provided civil design services for multiple campus expansion projects. Some of these services have included grading and drainage, water, sewer, and utility coordination.
Mohawk Rose Commerce Park
Mohawk Rose Commerce Park is a 15 acre commercial/industrial subdivision located in Phoenix at the intersection of 28th Street and Mohawk Road. Landcor provided consulting services from the initial re-zoning of the property through design, platting and completion of construction. The project involved typical subdivision improvements along with significant off-site water and sewer extensions. Landcor also provide site civil engineering for several parcels within the subdivision.

With this adaptive re-use project, abandoned silos were renovated to house a preschool, after-school program, and administrative offices for Neighborhood Ministries. The project was selected for an Award of Merit by ENR Southwest in 2017.
Landcor provided full service civil consulting services throughout the project.
